Output formats
Data
is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt) file on floppy-disk,
CD-Rom or as an e-mail attachment. The comma-delimited
text format is the default format for the
despatch of our lists, as it is suitable
for import into any spreadsheet,
database or contact management software,
as well as mail-merge; if you prefer to receive the list as either a Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access file, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box when you place your order.
If
you would like to test the different formats,
you can download a sample database in each
of the formats to try out with your software;
the data in these sample files is
solely intended to test technical compatibilty
and does not contain any records from this
particular list.

Delivery
Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs are sent by first class,
recorded mail.
