This list contains over 42,000 UK organisations who are current users of Sage Line 50, the contact named supplied with this list is the named most senior IT executive (IT Director or equivalent); the database contains all organisations of all sizes.
The list is suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to the Sage marketplace, directly or indirectly (e.g. competitive offerings, Sage add-ons and technical support & training). Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.

Data structure
The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Named most senior IT executive (IT Director or equivalent), company name, full company address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation. Telephone & facsimile numbers are appended, where ordered.
Output formats
Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; however, if you would prefer to receive your list in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box, when you place your order.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels/hardcopy printouts are sent by first class, recorded mail.
Terms & Conditions
All data is supplied for single use or 12 months lease, and must not be resold to a third party; if customers do not wish to pay with order, either through our secure server, or by cheque, Chart Direct are happy to dispatch the list to the customer with an invoice; where goods are supplied in this manner, payment must be made within 30 days of the supply of the data.
