as buy-to-lets, even
with minimal capital. The list is
therefore highly suitable for those companies
or individuals offering profitable property
investment opportunities and schemes in Italy.
Accuracy
All
names were contacted within the last 6 months;
Irish individuals no longer looking for a property
in Italy are automatically
removed from the database.

The whole list must be taken.

Data
structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Name, full
address,
salutation.
Output formats
CD-ROMs/Email attachments are sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.
- (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge
- (b) The Microsoft Excel fomat is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied 24 labels per page (the size of each label is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data is dispatched on (a) CD-ROM or via e-mail and/or (b) self-adhesive labels, as specified in our online shop; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as self-adhesive labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
