Description

This is a list of individuals currently living in the Republic of Ireland who have invested in unit trusts because they wish to spread their investment risk across a basket of individual shares.  These individuals are experienced investors and new names are constantly being added.  Customer Profiling shows that most people are from the higher socio-economic groups, predominantly male, 30 years or older, and in the higher income brackets.

Unit Trusts are pooled funds of investors' money, which are used to buy a range of shares, gilts, bonds or cash deposits. Unit Trusts are open ended funds meaning that the size of each fund can vary according to supply and demand. Unit Trusts provide a mechanism of investing in a broad selection of shares, thus reducing the risks of investing in individual shares. Typically, a Unit Trust is worth anything from £5m to £300m. There are thousands of Unit Trusts to choose from, so it is important to select the right fund.

Accuracy

All names were contacted within the last 6 months; Irish individuals who no longer invest in unit trusts are automatically removed from the database.

Data can be selected by sex, age, and geography; if you purchase either one of the 5 test quantities above, we supply a selection of the most recently added names, irrespective of sex, age, and geography.

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, full address, salutation.

Output formats

CD-ROMs/Email attachments are sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.

• (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge

• (b) The Microsoft Excel fomat is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.

Self-adhesive labels are supplied 24 labels per page (the size of each label is 64mm x 34 mm).

Delivery

Data is dispatched on (a) CD-ROM or via e-mail and/or (b) self-adhesive labels, as specified in our online shop; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

CD-ROMs as well as self-adhesive labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
