Description
This
list forms a responsive database of those
UK organisations who have achieved the much
coveted "Investors in People"
accreditation. The list is supplied
with the name of the executivewho project
managed the accreditation.
Data
is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers
are available for all records. Fax
numbers are available for over 70% of records
and are cleaned against the Fax Preference
Service File.
Source
The list was compiled and is owned
by Chart Direct. All contact names were verified
by telephone.

sector, and geography.

Data
structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Name, company name, full
company address including PAF verified postcodes,
salutation. Telephone & facsimile numbers
are appended, where ordered.
Output
formats
Data
is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or
Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk,
CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly
recommend you choose the comma-delimited
text format, as it is suitable for import
into any spreadsheet, database or contact
management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version
of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to
us.
If
you would like to test the different formats,
you can download a sample database in each
of the formats to try out with your software.
The
3 sample files are:
sample.txt (ASCII comma de-limited text format) 
sample.xls (Microsoft Excel format) 
sample.mdb (Microsoft Access format) 
Delivery
Data
is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or
via e-mail; where we send you our list by
e-mail, this is usually done the same day
the order is placed; otherwise, please allow
1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs
as well as labels are sent by first class,
recorded mail.
Terms
& Conditions
All
data is supplied for single use or 12 months
lease, and must not be resold to a third
party; if customers do not wish to pay with
order, either through our secure server,
or by cheque, Chart Direct are happy to dispatch
the list to the customer with an invoice;
where goods are supplied in this manner,
payment must be made within 30 days of the
supply of the data.
