Description
This
is a small list of individuals who have
participated in a chain letter. Chain
letters represent a type of multi-level
marketing activity whereby money (usually
£1 or £5) is sent to only the
top name on a list of, usually, 5 people.
The idea is that new participants place
their own names at position 5 and 'travel'
1 point up the ranking with every individual
they have been able to recruit. The
list is suitable for those companies or
individuals offering chain letter related
opportunities.
Customers
can order from a minimum of 1,000 names up
to the whole list (with currently over 1,500
chain letter opportunity seekers) in our
online shop; none of the data has a recency
of more than 6 months.
 Data
is 100% postcoded.
Accuracy
All
names were contacted within the last 6 months;
individuals no longer looking for chain
letter opportunities are automatically removed
from the database.
Selections
One
of the following quantity of names can be
ordered in our online shop: 1000, 1500,
1599; Chart Direct automatically dedupes new
orders against data already purchased by
the same customer.

Data
structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Name, full
address including PAF verified postcodes,
salutation.
Output Formats
CD-ROMs/Email attachments are sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.
- (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge
- (b) The Microsoft Excel fomat is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied 24 labels per page (the size of each label is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data is dispatched on (a) CD-ROM or via e-mail and/or (b) self-adhesive labels, as specified in our online shop; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as self-adhesive labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
